界面新闻从线上线下店员处均证实撤退消息。GUESS所属母公司Authentic Brands Group告诉界面新闻，正在中国市场进行战略调整，后续进展暂无透露。2026年初，Authentic Brands Group与Guess，Inc联合宣布，已完成Guess私有化交易。其中，Authentic现已拥有Guess几乎全部知识产权的51%权益，其余49%权益则由Guess留存股东持有。（界面新闻）
